Ms Shi Rou has been an incredible therapist for my 4 year old son, Heim. She cares personally about his interests and meets him exactly where he is while also helping him grow. In addition, she customised each module stage by stage, allowing Heim to catch up more effectively. Although the sessions were conducted via virtual due to COVID-19 Pandemic, the results are equally good as per physical session. After a year of attaching together with Ms Shi Rou, my son has made significant changes that have allowed him to speak more clearly with even greater confidence. Ms Shi Rou is intelligent, observant, kind and fun! She is not only a speech therapist, but her name is also stated in “Heim’s Best Friend List” now! We are lucky to get to attach with her. " ^_^

Ms Chan is a good and patient therapist and I would like to recommend her to anyone who needs training in voice development.

I first met Shirou 3 years ago when my daughter was diagnosed with hearing loss. She is a very dedicated therapist and she is very good with kids. Her methods are very effective for kids to learn as it involves a lot of different and creative activities. I am very thankful to have met her and my child's speech journey was smooth sailing because of her. My child looks forward to every session with her and likes her very much too.

The first time I came across this term "speech therapy" was in the year 2019. Initially my impression was simply training towards revival of verbal communication of a stroke patient. It is not so straightforward, in fact training on swallowing ability plays a key role in the survival aspect and hence the subsequent functional recovery.
Being a young professional, Min Yen exhibits profound maturity and confidence. She possesses very good grasp of the practical applications as well as imparting of theory. While delivering her duty, she not only teaches the patient with care, she also diligently educate patient's caregivers too. Such thoroughness of professional duty is much more than anyone can expect.
Ultimately patient shown improvement over time speaks louder than words. Thank you very much for her endearing effort.

Olyvia’s forever “Bee-Yo Bear Bear” (Shi Rou J J), it was how Olyvia first learned to call her speech therapist during her initial stage of speech development. We can’t thank enough to get to know her this very kind hearted young lady. She has guided & witnessed Olyvia’s speech development from ZERO to now a little chatterbox. Our very first meet up at the clinic is still very fresh in my mind. Her friendly personality & passionate in helping the hearing loss kids was like a light in our dark journey. I want to take this opportunity to thank Shi Rou for her selfless guide to us as parents, in sharing the ways and advises to help Olyvia since she was 2 year old and even now whenever we need her. For me, she is not just a professional speech therapist but also a very close friend and even family of us.
